Not that anybody reads this forum or anything, but just incase somebody happens to stumble upon this:
The torque spec is 89 in/lbs. Inch, not foot pounds.
I was unable to find a torque sequence.
Here's what I used:

All in all, it was no big deal. Gasket ran me $33, torque wrench $20 from advance auto parts.
While I was there, I ripped out the resonator and restrictive tubing from inside the air box, that made a huge difference for enjoyment of driving.
