Im not sure of the exact size, but the front sway bar on a 90-93 integra is definately larger. Also, you have the added benefit of it being lighter... its a bigger bar, but is hollow. If it can give anti-roll to the porky integra chassis, im sure being hollow is fine for a civic. My brother swapped the front sway bar from a 90 integra into his 91 STD hatch, it made a world of difference in the curves.
oh, and btw, the rear sway bar on integra is slightly different than that of a CRX Si.. i had both and i made a side to side comparison, the end where it curves is shaped differently.
