no the 4g63 which comes in the dsm(95+eclipses) are very capable of holding power.. they are tin my opinion one of the strongest 4cyld motors for turbo..
they can hold 22psi on a stock bottom end but itz not recommended..
a midly tuned dsm with all supporting mods can easily make 300wheel hp and pull easliy high 12's to low 13's. it is a very tunnable car. with the supporting mods, right fuel mangament, upgraded turbo and about 18psiof boost you can easly make 400hp form a stock internal motor.

the only real peoblem is crankwalk which is a bitch.. if u want info on that go to google and type in crankwalk and you'll get all the info u need.
