I just got a GReddy stainless steel knob that is basically a ball with a flat top (with multiple decals with the H pattern) that basically screwed on to the shifter. I got a DC short shifter which sits low enough, but with this knob my hand sits just as high as it would without a knob, because by the time the knob is screwed down, the shifter top is flush with the Greddy knob. The short shifter and low knob allow for really really quick shifts.
In the future i'm going to try to stray away from those knobs that have small allen screws that go into those small holes that basically hold into the shifter. I'm assuming that's how that momo one is. Though if you get the knob that goes with a specific boot, make sure to post pics cause they usually look awesome together.
