If my car was brand new & only had 2 miles on it, I would replace the struts/shocks if upgrading the springs. Have front struts been replaced yet due to leaking or popping? That is a very common problem with the newer civic's. If you add lowering springs you loose the warranty on both springs(no shit) & the struts because they are used with lowering springs. So your gonna have to pay to replace them anyways.
Wait til you lower the car & have it aligned - then you will know if a camber kit is really needed.
