You have added no power to your motor. period. Honda figures are based on an engine dyno, so when you add I/H/E your haven't added any part that makes more power, just parts that free up Hp that wasn't lost when it was rated before drive train and emissions loss. To make more than the rated Hp, you need to get more fuel/air into your combustion chambers and compress it into a smaller space. I have seen dynos for a B16A with I/H/E, ITR TB and IM, cams valvetrain, vafc, lightenfly,clutch touching just over 170. More often than not, they are in the 145-155 range with basic bolt ons..
