Hahn Racecraft turbo system. Friend of mine has a 98 RS. He has the stage 2 Hahn Kit and he ran a 13.9 in the 1/4 without even upgrading the exhaust or any other mods. You should be able to get the kit and install it for right around $3000. Check

Me and my friend installed it over the weekend without troubles, and it's been running perfect for 6 months now at 10psi. Hahn makes quality stuff, and their customer support is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL....sorry to sound like an ad for them, but they helped us so much on the phone without charging anything.
