Upgrade turbo to Garret T03/T04 hybrid, upgrade to 550cc injectors, Apexi CAI, Greddy Emanage, and upgrade intercooler to a horizontal front mount set-up. These mods will set you back 1800-2000, and at 10-12 psi on the new turbo/intercooler set up, you're looking around 275hp, plenty to play with all the "big boys", and for alot less. I would also try to find a Turbo back exhaust set-up, the factory header is farely decent, and doesn't need to be replaced immediately. I think the best upgrades would be to relocate the intercooler, and add the CAI and exhaust, then you're well over 200 at the fly, and extremely fast.
