There's a filter on the line that a tech is gonna have to remove. I told Alex to just go out to the cable box in the front yard, cut the lock, remove filter, relock with our own lock
Well a tech is supposed to come friday after work so I should have it fully funtional then. At least I got my new email addy set up though
