Well, speaking from experience, don't cut the 2500HD rotors fast. Best way to do 'em all is slow - take the hit on the flatrate, or you're going to have them coming back. Chrysler rotors especially like to come back warped. Make sure you rotate the bits too, I've run into a few rotors that just refuse to be cut.
