Back and with a question!!

Hello all. Its about that time for me again. Time to do a little upgrading to my civic. I have decided the area most lacking is suspension, so I have decided to get a front strut bar and a rear sway bar. But in my searching I found this on the Skunk2 website:

"Skunk 2 Rear Sway Bar
A sway bar is in essence a large spring that assists the rear springs in preventing body roll. Hot-forging 6150 alloy-steel allows the Skunk2 Racing rear sway bars to perform more consistently and predictably than traditional cold-formed sway bars common in the aftermarket industry. Each sway bar comes with all necessary mounting hardware and sealed endlinks. It should be noted that an addition of a large sway bar is not a replacement for adequate springs and shocks. If a large sway bar is used with softer rear springs, the chassis will need to be reinforced."

Well what I want to know is can I use this rear sway bar on my stock shocks/springs or will I need to upgrade those first?

Thanks for the replies, and must say nice to see the place again

btw- love this guy -->
