Pic 3 This is after letting it setup over night, looks real bad.
Pic 4 This is after block sanding for a few min. Its very important to make sure you do not hit any ridges, if you do, you will cut right though the paint, and hit metal.
Take your time, when doing this. The end product is worth the wait.
