As you can probably guess, I too voted for winter. Sure, it's a pain to get to work in the snow, deal with the slushy messes and refreezing black ice on roads, etc. But I'll take that over a 100+ degree F day like we had this past August
anyday! I love the chill of cold air, the natural high I get from stepping outside on a cold,
still night (cold and windy just flat out sucks

). I have to spend lots on AC in the summer, but in the winter, I can moderate the temperature to where I like it in my apartment just by cracking a window (I rarely use my heat).
While I will always miss driving my car in the winter, I will trade it for those days where the slow falls in large flakes and sticks to the trees, houses, and pretty much everything else in the landscape. And then coming back inside to warm up afterwards, throw in a little Bing Crosby (did I just say that :huh: )... doesn't get much better than that for my money
