here's what my old valve cover looked like, i got all the paint up and shined up the lettering
here it is installed. i had plans to polish the whole thing to a nice shine, we'll see if i have time to now tho
here's the used block i got for 100 bucks
hell of a steal, i woulda just installed it except for a little problem: cylinder rust
but its ok, i still used the crank and rod from it
instead of uninstalling the whole top half, i just left it all together, and i found a very technical place to leave it: a weight bench
