Overall, that looks pretty good. However, I do have some additional suggestions on the titles. First I'd change the range identified
AF Newbie 0-99 posts
AF Regular 100-999 posts
AF Enthusiast 1000-4999 posts
AF Fanatic 5000- 9999
Then let people with over 10,000 posts customize their own titles.
