I don't know of any set "life" for relays. My '88 cherokee still has almost all of its original relays, though
. All the relays in my Jeep appear to be Bosch, maybe Jeep began using a different brand on the newer cherokees?
The ASD relay sounds like an Auto Shut Down relay (probably to remove power from the power windows, etc. after a given period of time.)
