To get the pic in your sig, first upload the pic you want
http://www.automotiveforums.com/upload (at this point either open a 2nd window or use cut and paste). Go to USER CP at the top of the page click SIGNATURE. Paste the link in the box. It is simple. Now as far as the engine goes. I say $950-1000 OBO.
