Thats really a tough call, for the most part no you don't want to act like a stuckup asshole. Even ricers don't deserve that treatment.
I'd say the only time you should rub it in is when you line up with those "I'm a high school badass" punk kids, like the ones described in R1 Rider's sig. Wearing the visors upside down and backwards lol who started such a stupid trend?
