New member here and thanks in advance!
I’ve got a 1965 MBG roadster and I’m thinking of updating the suspension (I’m thinking safety first.) but I’m really not sure if it’s worth the time, money, trouble, and punching holes in my vintage ride. Car rides okay on smooth surface but front-end rattles when you hit the unavoidable rut in the road, especially on the corners. I’ve inspected steering and suspension and all seems to be tight. Car is 90% restored by previous owner and has been modified (Weber down draft, Headers, exhaust, and slotted front disc brakes). The rest of the car is original. I’m also experiencing overheating sitting in traffic but I’ll save that for another time.
Again Thanks
Cesar
