does anyone have this similar problem or know of what might be going on?

I have a 2003 Elantra Gt manual, the problem is 3 parts.

1. When in first the car seems to hop sort of not exactly jerky but noticible.

2. Some times going into second with clutch all the way down, it grinds and I have to take it out.

3. Wont go into reverse, have to play with it for a while before it will go in. Again clutch all the way in, brake depressed all the way.

I know how to drive stick had a few cars that were stick before, as well other people have drove my car have experienced the same problem

I brought the car in to the dealership they say nothing is wrong.
