Well you shouldn't get a intake or header. As a matter of fact you should get the exhaust later too. When you do turbo run a 3'' exhaust system from the downpipe back, if you can get away without a cat do it. You don't need ANY backpressure at all for turbo.
You can get things like Skunk2 intake manifold, and upgrade the throttle body. Get better ignition components.
When you turbo, if you get a kit start off at the preset boost setting. More than likely it will be about 8 PSI. Everything should be included in the kit to get you started off.
Actually, if I were you I would wait for the Edelbrock turbo kit thats coming out for your car soon. It includes a better intake manifold. Yeah, get that turbo kit and run a 3'' exhaust system and you should be doing about 220-230 from 8 PSI. Then after you get more knowledgable about things, and do a little research you can turn up the boost safely and make more HP and your goal of 250 HP. You can boost 12 PSI safely on your stock engine, the B18B1.
