Nitrous does next to nothing for your IAT's. If you want to cool of the charge, use an alcohol/water kit. Help spool up the turbo is a legit reason to use both, but it's pretty much useless on the street because all you do is spin, even if you use it to get going from a highway roll.
I fill the 8 gallon cell up with C16, and it directly feeds to the nitrous so that I can run pump gas in my main tank and still spray. I have 2 bottles because they keep bottle pressure MUCH longer on the street (not that I ever use nitrous on the street, that would be illegal, right?

) and I don't have to refil as often.
