you have an aftermarket alarm onthere man, and someone programmed it to do that. look at the alarm and research the brand of it. the "brain" of the alarm is up under the dash, if the install on it was done correctly, it will be hard to find. after you find out what you have, go online to the manufacturers website and take a look at the manual for that alarm. it will tell you how to ovveride that stuff. if you look by your steering column, or in your fuse box, you may find some switches that dont look factory. one of them is the "valet" switch. when you move it, non of the alarm stuff will work, and it wont auto-lock on you.

if all else fails, take it to a best buy or some other trusted installer of alarms (not the dealer) and they can help you.
