Actually, you'd just tap into the circuit (that's already there) where a normal trunk light would hook up to, for the neon to come on when you open the trunk. There's a blue and a gray wire that go to the trunk latch I believe. Pop your trunk, and look at the latch loop on the bottom of your trunk latch, you'll see a couple wires with a harness that go to the latch.
