or even purchase filter pliers. oil filter straps dont work well on honda - the filter cup that crxlvr is talking about is the best way to go. I would use large channel locks before the last resort screwdriver method.
Dont forget to replace the drain plug washer with each oil change or you will have a small annoying drip
