Normally you have a certain amount of energy shooting to your turn signals, and since you have a missing pair from your turn signals, the extra energy causes the remaining turn signals to blink faster. Its just as, if you were to remove your rear blinkers, the front ones would blink fast... and vice versa. There is no problem, its just the way it is. If you dont like it, then you could take a supra bumper light, install it into your bumper and use that as our new bumpler light.
