yeah, it could be the u joint, but are you sure that is it
I think that you either have a bent driveshaft, which can happen under certain circumstances, or you have a bad guide. If you follow the driveshaft back, you will see some mounts for the driveshaft, check them, they may be ouit of shape or need to be maintained.
