When I'm autocrossing, I don't have the time to glance at it, when I'm going through a slalom and into a 90 degree turn, then through some more slalom and more 90 degree turn. I guess you're the man
For those that might get this and need a how to
All the components
Mounted the shift light just behind the steering wheel
Lead the wire from the shift light behind the dash/steering wheel
Have your dash around the shifter removed to help lead that same wire through, towards your glove compartment box
Make sure to zip tie the wire away from the shifter
Zip tie the wire again behind the glove compartment
Use this as a grounding point for the ground wire...behind the glove box
For the power wire. Take the red wire and splice it into the green/black wire with silver dots. This wire can be found above your dead pedal. It's hot, so once you turn the key on, you have power.
For the rpm wire...splice it into the blue wire on the far left ecu connector
Now that everything is connected you can put the controller in the glove box. Before you do, in the back of the controller, make sure number 4 is down and that the rest of the white tabs are up. This is to let the controller know it is getting readings from a 4 cylinder engine.
Now you can adjust the turn knob for the red and green light to where you want them to come on. For the green light, you can have the push button on the controller set to the down position for when you rpms go below what you have it set for. Put the button in the up position to have the green light come on over the set rpms.
