Completely unplug all bulbs and remove light assemblys from car...using the openings in the back for the bulb housings,,,drop in cotton balls soaked in rubbing alcohol...use and new pencil (eraser end) to get the cotton balls all the way to the edges inside...this will remove all light bulbs gas remnants and all dirt...as well as evaporate all remaining water...I suggest a small bead of super glue to temporarily fix the cracks...until you replace them.
