Question More Power for my Stock OZ-Rally??
HELP!!

I recently bought a 2003 Lancer O-Z Rally, even though from all the studies that I had read I knew that the engine was seriously underpowered. I was looking for some suggestions to increase power relatively inexpensively. So far I've heard intake and exhaust, but I'm not sure where to look. Any thoughts?? Thanks
