Waste of time

You'd probably be much better off buying a turbo model than converting your ESi. It would be more cost effective, but if you really want to do it here's how-

Quoting a post from DSM Tuners :

"If you get a turbo engine its easy, if not heres whatcha need, still not hard, I can get those motors for 1100-1200 all day long.

turboing the non turbo 4g63 is relatively easy

Ok, you need to get:

450 cc injectors
resistor pack
exhaust manifold
turbo
02 sensor housing
downpipie
IC piping
intercooler
knock sensor
Turbo ECU
turbo MAF
Oil and coolant lines, turbo front water pipe
Intake pipe

You need to put the ecu in and run 2 additional wires. For the knock sensor one is grounded and the other goes to the ecu, the turbo maf has 7 wires instead of 6 and the extra wire needs to go to the ecu. Thats about it, boost away. Run about 9 PSI. Run premium. Should be good for about 190 wheel hp very safely."

Your best bet is to check out Junk Yard Dog for pricing on those parts. I leave the decision up to you.
