Some of it depends on what size wheels u have too...Big-ass aftermarket wheels will make your speedo read low.

DX tranny = 13" tires, 5th gear, 60MPH = 2850 RPM
Si tranny with same specs - faster than that , but prolly like 2800 in 4th and 3-3100 or so in 5th.

That is my guess...there are so many variations it is hard to tell for sure.
