alot of this depends on if its a 5speed, the driver, and location. I live in Kansas have a 5speed and am an OK driver and run anywhere from high 15's to low 16's. With a cold air intake. But i would say it really depends on the driver. A 250hp cavy can be beat by a 180-200hp cavy with the right drivers.
