To tell you truth, some actually can. But those that can't and still rev around town like they're the badest car on the block are a bunch of idiots. But you've also got to remember the ones who just want to see the Z-28 or SS burn off. My friend reved at a Vette next to him and when the light turned green we just sat and watched the Vette go. It was sweet.
