No no, at best your car has 102 HP from the factory. There were 3 different D15's, 70, 92, and 102 HP ratings. Even if you had the 102 HP one, a 60 HP increase won't even get you to the power of a B16, 170 HP is what the Si-R II has.
If you do the turbo kit you are out of options as far as modding goes, and you just spent 1400 on a turbo kit that can't be reused once you swap the engine. Also, a 10 HP per pound of boost increase is quite optimistic, especially non-intercooled boost. The D15 is the weakest honda engine EVER! Don't boost it! IT WILL BLOW UP!
