Not to digress off topic too much, but I can't figure out if you're being sarcastic or just don't realise that the anniversary T/A's had the exact same 3.8L Turbo intercooled engine that powered the Grand National's. That same motor also found its way into the limited edition Cylone pickup and Typhoon Blazer.

I totally agree - but in the case of the Grand National, they were ALL super low 14 second(like flat) or sub-14 second cars. And the '87 or '88 GNX special edition Grand National's all clocked mid-low 13's on the track.

Is it still considered "stock" if its hot-rodded from the factory?
