Heating the bolt could have been the worst thing to do, never heat a bolt that won't budge the metal will only swell and cause it to get tighter. Now are you turning it the right way, don't get mad if you are I am just asking. Do you have any 1/2" drive sockets and a breaker bar around? I would use these if you have them. And what exactly were you doing with the crow bar? You need to use the breaker bar with a 1/2" drive socket, and if you still can't get it to move then slide a pipe over the end of the breaker bar for leverage. Also try putting pressure on the ratchet or breaker bar and then hitting it on the head with a hammer, don't hit it in the direction that you are turnning but rather directly at the bolt. This will help create a impact driver effect, sometimes thisd works really well. Good luck!
