Yes, he needs to be recalled, but that isn't going to help the current budget crisis. Taxes are going to go way up and government programs are going to get hacked like mad, and it'll still be probably 20 years before we finish paying for this deficit. They'll probably float a bunch of it on state bonds, but that's just a way to temporarily hide the deficit.
I'm thinking seriously about moving out of California.
