Honestly, its going to take some money no matter which way you go... the turbo is going to require that you build up that engine a bit so that it can handle the pressure... I'd suggest an f22 or b18 swap...both are really easy to turbo, or if your heart isn't set on turbo, go b16a1.

Not too sure on 1/4 miles
