Oh, are you in for some fun. First you have to take off anything around the shift knob that would be holding the center console down. Then on the sides next to the seats and around underneath the dash there are two screws that you have to take off. Then you have to undo at least one side of the dash under the steering wheel. There are a few screws that you have to undo to get to the cd player, but I don't remember exactly where they are, but you can see them. Then you have to unscrew the cd player from the housing and pull it out. I've only done this once in my friends 95 Eclipse GS, so if I'm wrong about a couple things, I'm sorry, but I think that's how you do it. Good luck.
