Your best bet is to maximize the stock turbo first, and upgrade it when it eats shit from being over spun. Most people already listed the mods, but its all about air in, air out, fuel to match, and appropriate tuning devices. I use DSMlink myself. People run 11s all day on stock 7 bolt internals, but know that you are pshing it and one mishap in your tuning and things can get ugly. But its been done for years.
to aves911, your mod list sounds good. 11s on pmp would be a no brainer for AWD, and I'm sure you can do it as well. Another reason to run race gas though is to raise timing. How much advance do you get on pump? out of curiousity...
