Tokico are good shocks, a lot of people using them. I would recommend to use Illumina, because Blue ones are replacement shocks not meant to be used with lowering springs. Plus Illumina is adjustable shocks so you can make your ride firm or soft. Actually it’s not be same as stock ride with Eibach Sportline springs it will be close to it but firmer. if you lower your car 2” you will need rear camber kit to realign rear suspension, front end can be realign without any additional hardware. I recommend to get Specialty Product rear camber kit, its good and cheap.

As far driving in snow, I can’t give you any advice there, I live in Maryland so it doesn’t snow a lot here.
