For the 2001 car the 2001 Focus WRC kit is of, they aren't wrong, but for the later car they are and for the 2002 car they are definitely wrong.
But there are other differences that the Tamiya kit is incorrect on too, most of which I tried to correct on my model.
I don't know how you would modify the 206 headlight, it's quite different in my opinion.

Just thinking out loud Ray, the 206 lights at least have the right number of reflectors, so it's a start!
Don't know if there is a hard and fast cutoff date for the change. Now that I think about it I seem to recall a change on one of the tarmac rallies in late 2001
