With any rubber bumper you need to use an exopy primer or the paint you put on will just peel and flake off cause it doesn't like to adhere to rubber. Goto your local automotive paint supplier and ask for it in a spray bomb. It's not cheap usually around $20-25 a can. But it is well worth it.
