If possible go with Corvette stuff if not with 500+ hp something is going to break. A independent rear will be the best bet, that will smooth things out. But anyways I feel your pain I have a 87 with a 550hp bigblock in it and the front sits too low due to the weight, the exhaust draggs the ground when I hit a dip in the road....... but hey it's a Firbird and thats how they ride. Hehehe ever ride in the back ...feels like your ass is dragging the ground.
