ok, I got a simple one...for when you are already drunk, don't have the money to go buy supplies, or just want to get to drinkin quick.
CUPS
You get as many people as you want and form a circle or whatever around a table or anything you can flip cups on. All you need is a cup...that won't break
! The first person flips the cup trying to make it land with the open end up. If he is successful then the person to his left has to drink a whole cup of beer. If the cup lands with the open end down then the person to the left drinks a half of his cup. If the cup doesn't land standing up at all and rolls on the table the flipper must drink half of a cup. And if the cup rolls off the table then the flipper must drink a whole cup of beer. When a flipper lands any flip that makes the next person drink he may change the direction of the rotation and make the person to his right drink instead of the person to the left. Each player gets one flip and then will pass the cup whichever way the rotation is going. This game is meant to be played fast and the rotation-changing rule is great for head-to-head battles
