Hi, my name is Mike and I am new to this site. I have been reading your threads and I have the same problem with the codes 171 and 174. I see you help a lot of people by sending them a PDF file on the PCV elbow. I sure hope you can help me. My E-Mail is mikejoedog1@yahoo.com. By the way, I should mention this is for a 2000 Lincoln LS with only 30,000 original miles

P.S.- a diagram on how to remove the valve cover to replace the gasket would be helpful, I already found one for the intake manifold. Thank you! (I made an account here solely because I seen this forum, and you seem to know your stuff)

Hey Rod, I have a 2002 Lincoln LS v6 and found I have an intake leak and also a valve cover leak. When replacing the valve cover, does the intake manifold need to come off?
