No. Not in the Navy.
The second time I visited Pattaya was 2009. I was in a car rally, the Mun Maak. Pattaya was at the finish. We stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel. At that time of the year (early May) Pattaya is a very interesting place to visit. Hahahaha! (5555)
Strange, but my friend, who was in the rally, knows Khun Kampon, the owner of Nong Nooch. K. Kampon was also in the rally with his Nissan GT-R (!). We were able to tour the gardens, etc. as his guests. In 2011, my friend and his family, and I returned as guests of Mr. Kampon--his daughter wanted to ride the elephants, and so did I.
