Hey, I have a 1990 Eagle Talon non-turbo that had the same problem as you. After changing multiple sensors the problem persisted until I changed the Camshaft angle sensor. Now the Eagle flies like it is suppose to with the talons gripping on landing. Ha.
Hey man I see you have a built 420a. Just wondering if you ever had idle issues if and after you ported your engine? I made a post trying to figure out my idle issues. I found out from alldata that I have a pcm that does not go to my car!!
