Timing belt install, how do you install it on a 1994 Chrysler Lebaron GTC 2door conve

Right at the moment I got all of the car torn down, I had to replace the water pump, and as you know the timing belt is in front of it. my assume is to drop oil pan and go that route, but I am not sure. the pulley bolt won't come off, real tight, and real tight fit between the crank shaft and pan, to get the belt under the gear. know what to do after that its just getting it on the stupid thing. thanks in advance for help.
